Most days you’ll find me exactly where this whole journey began; sat by the lake with a cold coffee, my little girl asleep in the pram, and a to‑do list in my head that never quite switches off. Replying to messages. Planning routes. Sorting meet‑ups. Dreaming up what this community could become.

Because the truth is… I’m not just running Wild Mums Crew... I am a Wild Mum too.

​

Not that long ago, I was the one scrolling, wondering where “my people” were. I wanted to get out of the house, breathe in fresh air, and make my maternity leave an adventure. I wanted connection without pressure, friendship without awkwardness, and a space where I could show up exactly as I was... tired, overwhelmed, healing, hopeful….

​

I didn’t find my crew. So I created it.

​

Wild Mums Crew started as one simple walk in Radcliffe, Manchester, and within months it grew into a thriving community of over 250 mums who show up for each other in the most beautiful ways... on the trails, in our WhatsApp chats, and in the quiet moments in between.

​

Now, as I move to Teesside, Wild Mums Crew is growing with me. Manchester will continue with the help of our amazing volunteer hosts, and Teesside will become our next chapter — more walks, more connection, more mums finding their people.

​

This community is built on kindness, inclusivity and the belief that motherhood should feel like an adventure, not something you have to navigate alone.
